'Joshua' dont lie to customers, don't keep customers food waiting on the hot plate while you have a chit chat in the back with other staff. VERY unprofessional. The same can't be said about other staff. Exceptional who always go above and beyond! Friendly, helpful. 10/10. If this review could solely be based on 'joshua' he get a 0 star:))) Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

First time at this newly opened Greggs in Ruthin. Had our usual breakfast of Bacon Bap and Latte, x 2. It was spot on, well cooked bacon, hot Latte and a very clean seating area. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
