1 Star Extremely disappointed with my order tonight. The garlic bread arrived without the mushrooms that were clearly ordered, and both pizzas were stone cold. The delivery took 28 minutes after pickup, which is completely unacceptable. When I called the shop to resolve this, I was basically told nothing could be done and that it was Uber’s fault the food was cold. That explanation doesn’t fly — especially when I ordered directly through your website, not Uber Eats or Just Eat, and paid delivery to you. And last time I checked, Uber drivers don’t remove toppings — so how is missing mushrooms also their fault? What makes this worse is that I’ve ordered from this place 15+ times in the past and never had an issue until now. Loyal customers deserve better than being brushed off when something goes wrong. No apology, no solution, no accountability. Really poor customer service. Sadly won’t be ordering again unless this is rectified. — Andy Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude extremely rude 8 times I have tried to call since placing at 8:10 to ask for some salad not once has it been answered, so I have driven there too see one staff member is sat on the floor, one with a pair of headphones in. The phone was ringing whilst I was stood there and not one person answered it, then when asking for salad it was made out to be a massive problem and very aggressive in his manner of tone. I have ordered from this place for over a year and will not be ordering from there again after the way I was spoke to over a bag of salad which Is free !!!
