Terrible experience. Placed an order online and proceeded to wait 2 hours and eventually travelled to the shop to find out it was shut. The order went through and money taken. 5 phone calls to the shop and no response. Very unprofessional and waste of a night. As someone who ordered regularly this has put me off ever going here again. Disappointing Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited two hours for a pizza. Not the first time grilled 88 done this. Refused the pizza AGAIN. It's unacceptable and insulting. No attempt by the company to make it right either. No wonder the reviews and rating are as they are. Owner obviously does not give a crap. If they do this to you , then return the favour of time wasting. Let them turn up late and ignore the door. It seems fair. Especially as it seems to be a very common complaint and the owner is so ignorant theyv made no attempt to deal with it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
