Popped in to grab a quick coffee with a friend and was greeted by an extremely rude and unprofessional lady with red hair, she was totally uninterested in serving us and when we asked for some more milk to go with our coffees she replied with “is that not enough” gobsmacked. Quite a few of us went at the weekend for my sons 16th birthday, they are very accomadating at grounded Bedminster, the staff are lovely, unfortunately, the kitchen let the side down on this occasion, the wait on the food was 45 minutes to an hour and it wasnt busy at all apart from us and thats if we got the correct order at all, i ordered 5 meals 3 came out together and the remaining 2 came out after i had finished mine, they where missing orders and the food was coming out cold, usually a lovely bit of food on this occasion we where disappointed Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
