Ordered via uber eats, food was cold, rice was all clumped together and there was a lack of chicken. The chicken had a funny colour on it anyway. Ended up having cereal for dinner instead. Not cheap too and uber eats are useless so could not get a refund. Food: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Top top service. Super friendly staff and extremely tasty food. More importantly, consistent. Everytime we have a meal at any grounded kitchen it's pretty much a replica from the last if not better. Rauda, Amelie, Fatimah and Pat were really kind and welcoming. My wife preferred that her drink be slightly sweeter and Pat didn't hesitate to add a few more pumps of syrup. We're all very happy and will be coming again. On another occasion the beef laksa was too watery and as soon as I mentioned it they replaced the broth without hesitation and made the meal whole again. Thanks so much!
