Pizza took 3 hours to get to my house tha is 10 mins away from the shop! Rang after hour of order no answer kept trying eventually got through I was reassured it was just made and would head out soon another hour and a half went by was told again it was just out of oven and would be sent out soon as I told the girl on the phone I don’t want it if it’s freezing I was told no it’s fresh etc etc eventually came after the three hours absolutely stone cold no refund done as I said I didn’t want it if it was cold no compensation or apology been trying to email them every since and no reply, disgusting! And couldn’t even eat the pizza as it would have been unsafe as it had clearly been made for 2 plus hours! Do not recommend
