HBW Coffee quickly became our favourite breakfast spot during our stay in Stirling. In fact, it was our first stop every morning before heading out to explore the city's incredible historical surroundings. The breakfasts were consistently excellent. We can especially recommend the pancakes and the French toast—both were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The coffee was equally impressive, expertly prepared and consistently great. What made the experience even better was the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Every visit felt relaxed and enjoyable, and we always left looking forward to coming back the next morning. If you're visiting Stirling, HBW Coffee is a must-visit. Great coffee, fantastic breakfasts, and genuinely warm service made it one of the highlights of our trip.
