HUDA Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places for Hunan cuisine. We’ve been to quite a few Hunan restaurants, and this one really stands out for both the food and the overall experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly let our group use the private dining room even though we didn’t meet the usual minimum requirement, which we really appreciated. The private room also had an automatic rotating table, making it so easy and convenient for everyone to share the dishes without constantly reaching across the table. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors, generous portions, and a great variety of dishes. The service was attentive throughout the meal, and the whole experience felt welcoming from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend HUDA Restaurant to anyone looking for great Hunan food and a fantastic dining experience. Came here based on recommendations from friends, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We arrived early, after ordering 15 minutes, server said BBQ lamb hadn’t been defrosted. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food, while tables that arrived after us were served first. When the food finally came, it didn’t match expectations and was overly salty. Overall, the experience was frustrating. A restaurant should have basic ingredients properly prepared before opening, especially for popular dishes. Sadly, this visit did not live up to the hype. This shows that there was a problem with our server training. Our barbecue is available all day only on weekends; on weekdays, it is served after 5:00 PM. Because we are currently running a half-price barbecue promotion, many items may be unavailable during the daytime. During the promotion period, barbecue service may also be a bit slower, as some customers may place large barbecue orders. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience this caused you.

Came for dinner, the restaurant was packed but we were able to have a table relatively quick. Service was great, they let us know that we had to wait around 30 mins for getting out food because every table ordered skewers. I still feel like the food came pretty fast. The only thing I am not really a fan of is that it’s quite salty if you choose your skewers to be spicy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
