Extremely disappointed and concerned about food hygiene. ( Insects in food I had been ordering from Hamilton Dabbawala for my tiffin service, but unfortunately I had two serious incidents that made me stop using their service. The first time, I found a large ant in my food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been a one-time mistake. However, yesterday I found another insect (a flying insect) in my meal again. I always check my food carefully while eating, which is why I noticed these insects before swallowing them. I have attached photos as proof of both incidents. Finding insects in food on two separate occasions is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, and quality control. Food safety should never be compromised. Because this happened more than once, I have completely lost confidence in this service. I cannot recommend Hamilton Dabbawala to anyone, especially if you care about hygiene and food safety. I hope the owners take these issues seriously and improve their food handling practices before someone gets sick. Meal type: Other Price per person: $100+

I recently visited Hamilton Dabbawala and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the taste was authentic, and every dish was full of flavor. The service was friendly and quick, making the overall experience even better. If you're looking for great Indian food with excellent service, this place is definitely worth a visit.
