What an absolute rip of £8.25 for a very poor bacon sandwich and to add insult to injury £2.57 service charge for a TAKEAWAY. We are facing a hugh cost of living crisis and businesses like this have the nerve to push for a 5 star review. Stop ripping customers off, stop charging a service charge, for everything and start providing quality food. If you think im being unfair, I give plenty of good reviews and on some occasions 5 stars. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30

Andy can you please email me at neil@handleyscafe.co.uk and explain in more detail for me. We do not charge service charge for takeaway at all. There has obviously been a mistake for which I apologise. Did you bring it up with the staff at the time? I'd also like to know what was wrong with the bacon sandwich as its the first complaint we've had for one. I would really appreciate if you could email me so I can deal with this. Thank you.

Fantastic cafe nice staff great atomsphere all staff are really friendly and outgoing i really enjoy coming in here and getting a egg sandwich or english breakfast always cooked really well and served with a smile defiantley one of the best cafes around great service great food highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
