I always have an amazing experience at Hankki. The service is incredibly fast, and every single dish is absolutely delicious. What I really appreciate is the consistency — it’s not like one visit is great and the next one isn’t. Every time, the food is made at the highest level. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything here is just top-notch. Highly recommend everyone to try their food and visit this place! Hanky Korean Street Food – A fun and tasty spot with room for improvement Overall, a pretty good experience. The food was well prepared and consistent with what I’ve had at other locations, which is always encouraging. It’s a fun place to come once in a while with friends, especially if you’re looking for something casual and flavorful. The service was also great—friendly and efficient, which made the visit even more enjoyable. My main concern would be the common areas. At the time of my visit, they felt a bit greasy and could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s definitely an area that could be improved. That said, the food delivers, and the team is doing a solid job overall. With a bit more focus on cleanliness, this place could easily be a top spot. Wishing them continued success! I don't even know what to say. I've ordered from them many times, most recently 7 months ago, and it arrived exactly the same way. I wanted to give them another chance today, but I regret it. There are only 4 chicken pieces in total, it's unbelievable. The bowl is half empty. I will respond to the owners comment; as you can see, the plate is empty, and judging by the photo, I didn't touch it in any way before taking the picture. The sauces are still intact, and there are a total of 4 chickens. It shouldn't be hard to figure this out. Tell your employees to pack properly. We don't want to pay for an empty bowl, or a bowl half-filled with rice containing 4 chickens. This isn't the first time this has happened. The problem is, the container is half empty and there are only 4 chickens in total. Instead of apologizing and saying you would fix it, you didn't need to respond like that; the problem is that we only got 4 chickens for the money we paid. Hi Esma, thank you for sharing your feedback. We reviewed your order and can confirm that our team followed the instructions exactly as they came through: less rice was requested, but the extra meat option was not selected, so the system sent it to us as a regular bowl. Because of that, we reduced the rice as instructed but could not add additional chicken without the upgrade being included in the order. We understand this was disappointing for you, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. If you choose to order again, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to help make sure everything is clear before it’s prepared.
