Sunday May 31. Did a mobile order ahead of time @ 750, picked up via drive-thru 8pm. There always one car ahead of me. It took 4mins of sitting at the drive-thru order mic and calling out twice to even be acknowledged. It was 10 mins just to get to the pick up window, and 19 mins before actually getting our food. The girl on the mic was useless, the only person actually working to get food out was the man, he's the only reason this review isn't a 1. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1

HARVEY'S CANADA I am a regular Harvey's customer. On the night of April 16th I went to your restaurant in Cornwall Ontario. I was greeted by Tiffany a new worker that I believe has been there for around four weeks. She is honestly, one amazing worker, who reminds me of Bev, one of your old managers. Like Bev, Tiffany's customer service is top-notch, her burgers are well dressed, not to the point they're falling apart once you get to the table, like they are in previous times I have been there, she even engages with customers while customizing your burger. She is a wonderful communicator, greeting patrons hello, as well as on departure, telling them to have a great evening. I have never seen that before in this facility. Being in the restaurant industry, she has every skill, efficient, more than capable and welcoming. An employee of this caliber is rare to find these days and Harvey's should feel fortunate to have her in their employ. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Way under staffed, this is not a fair work environment. The worker behind the counter gets 5 stars, doing a great job under pressure, considering she is working alone and training a new server during dinner hour. Management on the other hand 0 stars, they should be fired for incompetence, they should be on site helping if required staff is not available. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
