Went to online order for 11pm when store closed at 12am. Proceeded to not take any online orders. Arrived to the store and wanted a shake, employee responded with our shake machine is closed and then sounded a car horn through the drive through speaker. Harvey’s food is still gas though. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a large order on July 8 for dine in. The gentleman that was taking the order was very patient and asked questions. Cups were given and he brought the fry’s to the table as we selected toppings. We are not from Waterdown and this was my first time visiting this location. Excellent service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
