Ordered 2 items in drive thru and was told that there would be a 3 min wait and please park in the parking lot (no designated signs to park) so I parked directly in front of the front door so I could wave to the employee coming out with my food. The couple in the truck behind me also had to park and wait. And we waited for almost 10mins and the women from the truck behind me went in. After 5mins she still had not come out so I went in and the women who had ordered AFTER me was being given her food bag. The employee apologizing to the women left immediately and I had to chance her down to demand my drive thru order. The deep fried pickles were warm and the burger was stone cold. Disgraceful service and quality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

No fountain drinks. No offer for a replacement but "are you not wanting the combo?". Do you have anything to drink? No. Then no combo! Handed her my Scene card. Nope. That doesn't work either. "We are making everything fresh. Go park." Come on. Where are the standards? Where is the customer service? Where is the pride in your work? Answer: GONE.
