We came here for lunch June 23/2026, it’s a usual spot of ours and normally the service is friendly. We ordered individual items off the summer menu because its make the bill cheaper. The cashier put our item into a combo which actually made the price higher so I brought the receipt to the cashier and explained this but she rudely cut me off and told me if she rang it in separate that it would be more expensive, I showed her the total on the receipt and said if you ring them in separately it comes out to $9 instead of $12.60 she then takes the receipt and began ringing it in separately and it was in fact cheaper that way, she then gives me back the difference in cash even though I paid with debit (would have preferred it back into my card) no apology for her attitude in the beginning and slams the change into my hand. When I told her I didn’t appreciate the attitude she continued to be rude and said “that’s okay” No that attitude is absolutely not okay. I am a retail manager and I would be very upset if one of my team was treating our customers with such an attitude. Very rude girl, I definitely think some extra customer service training needs to happen at this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

5 stars specifically to Violet! Violet at Harvey's provided excellent customer service! She greeted me with a warm smile the moment I walked in and made me feel welcome right away. She was friendly, kind, and had such a positive attitude throughout my visit. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Violet, for making my visit so pleasant—I hope Harvey's knows what a great employee they have! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
