This is the best Lebanese I have ever had. Good taste and so fresh. The bread is particularly wonderful. Lamb Shwarma is to die for. Take away or eat in really worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lattakia. My partner booked a table for 4:30 PM for my birthday celebration for a large group. When we called shortly before to say we were running slightly late, we were told our booking was actually for 12:30 PM and that we had lost the table. They claimed to have called us multiple times, which is simply untrue as we had zero missed calls. Additionally, when the booking was made there were 3 other people who heard the conversation but unfortunately the owner insists that he is right and everybody else is wrong. Mistakes happen, but the attitude of the staff was shocking. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, the woman on the phone was rude, defensive, and unhelpful. She even patronizingly told me, 'Next time you call, ask them to read back the date and time.' Only after we mentioned leaving a negative review did they suddenly find a solution: offering us a table meant for 8 people and telling us to 'squeeze' an extra 2 seats in. There was no apology and no recognition that the error might have been on their end. We were left with no confirmed restaurant for my birthday evening. Good service isn't just about food; it's about how you treat people when things go wrong, and Lattakia failed miserably here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mr Reza thank you for your feed back and I don’t want to make long comments. The lady called to book she said 12:30 and I did repeat back to confirm was 12:30 she said yes other wise I will not take the booking because we don’t have table available after . And we did call you after 12:30 to check no one answered. How ever it is shame to always put the blame on the others Thank you again hope you had lovely birthday .Hisham
