They did replace one plate (my partners) and i said i couldn't eat as it put me off. I tried asking for no charge on both fry meals as we did not eat them fully... i tried explaining the food hygeine issue and me as a customer not knowing if it is stored correctly how can i trust the rest.
The manager did say they have removed the soda bread from sale which was positive, however mold is microscopic and it may have contiminated other stock.
I couldn't trust in this food anymore and quite frankly it shocks me that they did not want to make it right when i suggested not charging for both ...
Lady server used the excuse it was the end of the soda bread and the boss (who cooked it) was not very observant. No idea if they served it to others, but wouldn't surprise me if they did us.
Shame, i enjoyed this place before and I was being very amicable in this. I did say it would be easier to not charge me, instead I was still charged and left shocked because it didn't seem very important to him. So I left this review and paid under protest, I will follow it up.
