I called in the number that is provided in the hotel details regarding the business requirement and asked the receiver who took the phone to transfer the call to the manager, and the person who took the call, without any manners ... He called me all dirty and bad words without any reason ... Is this the way to treat a person who asks for a favour .... Very bad behaviour. He can just normally cut the call or just say not interested. Service: 1

One of the most charming, enchanting hotels I have ever visited. My family and I enjoyed a beautiful meal at the Haylie Hotel and the views are absolutely breathtaking. It is rare to find such a quaint hotel nowadays. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I look forward to visiting again

I sent an email to enquire about availability as we have stayed here previously and enjoyed our stay. I emailed to enquire about availability and received a reply consisting of just three words: “sorry fully booked.” No greeting, no thanks, no basic courtesy. Being fully booked is understandable, responding so abruptly is not. It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, and reflects poorly on the level of customer service. Based on this interaction alone, I would not choose to book here again.
