Party of 20 (mixed adults and kids) for a wonderful Sunday Roast lunch. We were seated in the marquee which was heated due to chilly morning. The Landlord was available to make sure access was clear for the wheelchair. Ordering was done effectively with the 2 charming waitresses and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of roasts was very good (beef, pork, lamb, turkey, gammon or veggie) and was one of the best roasts I have had in and around Swindon. A full plate and additional veg/gravy on request. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heart in Hand. From staff, to location to great staff. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the garden play area and were happy running off their excess energy. Wheelchair accessibility: Table of 20 in the marquee was wheelchair accessible. Landlord made a point of coming out and making sure access was clear and everyone was happy.
