The breakfast we had here was phenomenal, everyone of the family had something different that they loved, the coffees were brilliant. It's a cut above anywhere we went all week and sadly we planned to go before leaving but it's closed on Mondays I believe. The service was brilliant, lovely people running the place, if I was local, it'd be my local, a little dearer than some in the area but worth it for everything felt like a treat. Will return next time I'm in town. We visited Heritage Coffee Shop yesterday and what an absolute hidden gem it is. The food and service were simply outstanding and I’m delighted we’ve discovered another fantastic place to eat in Blackpool. We visited as a family of six and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, piping hot and absolutely delicious. The sausages deserve a special mention, they’re some of the best I’ve ever tasted. They were incredibly flavoursome, succulent and clearly made with high-quality butcher’s meat. The food arrived quickly without compromising on quality, which was impressive. However, what really made our visit exceptional was the customer service. Donna was absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, attentive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. She thoroughly deserved the tip we left. I had booked in advance and it was such a lovely touch that Donna greeted me by name as soon as I walked through the door, opened the door for us and personally showed us to our reserved table. It’s little touches like that which make customers feel truly valued. An outstanding experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heritage Coffee Shop to anyone visiting Blackpool. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
