Staff was very hospitable, room was in good condition. Breakfast was amazing! But the hottub/spa was out of service..

We had our wedding reception here and the service was amazing. The manager Sunny was great to work with, making himself available whenever an issue arose, and had solutions each time. He was always available or responded quickly. The hotel staff did a wonderful job setting up and taking everything down, were extremely courteous with the food service, and worked well with our decorators and DJ. The venue was beautiful too and the food was spectacular. I would highly recommend this venue for any event. Service: 5

We love coming to the Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre (Seasons Cafe) for brunch on Sunday mornings! Always a great meal and family friendly environment.
