We were extremely busy that day with both dine-in and takeaway orders, and unfortunately we were short-staffed. However, we completely understand that this should not have affected the level of service you received, particularly when you were left waiting or when customers who arrived after you were served first.We are also sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations.
