Ordered a few times a while ago and tonight thought I would order for convenience as it’s only up the road. And I ordered. Asked the price and told £25.90. Got the money ready. I was told that it would only be 45 minutes. A hour and 15 minutes goes by and I ring to see if the food was out for delivery and told yes it is and they had messed up with the price and forgot to add the pizza on. So it was now £38.89. Which I didn’t have this full money the most I had was £30 as had to go cash point to pay in cash. And they didn’t ring to even say the price and changed to let us know. The man turns up and says he needs to ring his boss. The boss is put on loud speaker and the way he is speaking is disrespectful and quite rude to costumers when it’s their mistake and considering they were over half a hour late at this point. He was saying the pizza would be needing to go back. But we had 3 kids who needed feeding. He took the £30.90 and left eventually. But after arguing down the about the price and timing. When I had the time on my phone when I called to order. The food was all awful, chips not cooked enough they were pale and soggy, the sausage had to much salt on, the burger was bad the mayo tasted cheap and then to top it off the masala fish and naan was missing from the order. So I rang and they said they would send it out but obviously this didn’t happen so they got their money in the end anyway completely missing items and I don’t understand how it took so long with this missing. The pizza was awful I’ve had better frozen. Don’t order or you will be disappointed. Won’t be ordering again!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This “Plaice” is everything that a proper chippy should be ! After 25 years without PROPER fish & chips (migrated to Australia) it was everything we hoped it would be . Super cool dude that served us !! .. you know who you are and thanks for putting up with my Mum and brother Oh and BTW the best Breaded Haddock this side of Grimsby !!! It’s not on the Menu but ask for it !! Thanks Guys The Donner was top shelf too ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
