Please don't use this Chinese. Ordered takeaway last Friday, when collected Chicken Balls were missing from order. Was assured that we weren't charged, but when checked we had been. When called this week was told they needed proof of receipt even though the sweet and sour sauce was put in the bag. Can't believe they accused us of living when we have been regular customers. Horrible way to treat people.

I've been ordering from New Hings for over 10 years. I have always really enjoyed my food from here, mostly because the food never tasted too salty. However tonight's dinner has really changed that, like other reviews we had to wait a very long time for the food to arrive, when we called the location we was told it would only be a little bit longer, or had already left but that took another hour on top of the time we had expected to get out food. When it did arrive the food was very bland, and salty. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Cost so much for a very bad service I won't be ordering from again. I do not earn enough to risk another bad delivery, and looking at other reviews seems to me it has gone very down hill. Food: 2 Service: 2
