Hirsch was my bar. It had the vibe and a great mix of old and new crowd, so over the years I always brought my friends there, bragging how great the place is. I had a very unpleasant experience with the most rude bartender. He was afraid of dog, so I always made sure take it on my knees whenever he was around. Last time I was there with my dog I ordered a double toast. He brought me single one after 40 minutes(!). The bar was half empty… when I asked where is the other toast he was annoyed that he has to do it all over… I said it’s fine, as he looked seriously overwhelmed. My dog barked and he asked me to leave. He shouted that i annoyed ‘his clients’ as if I wasn’t one. Everyone became silent in the bar as he was screaming and I’ve never felt more embarrassed. I put my jacket on, and when I was paying he made a huge sight about not being tipped, as I held my 10kg dog with one arm and struggled. I recently walked by and saw that text on the wall which sums up the rudeness one might experience there. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: €10–20
