I was a big fan of Holy Chuck, and obsessed with their feta fries. This new menu is very disappointing and there’s so many things changed. Please, bring it back the old greasy and delicious holy chuck back

Long time customer of this location, for delivery and in person. But it's been a few months since my last order. Ordered a single cheeseburger and onion rings today. What's happened to their burgers? First, the patty size was no more than two ounces (should be four). Burger was dry as cardboard. Zero flavor. The meat to fat ratio was off, no fat content at all. Holy Chuck burgers used to be juicy and a huge mess to eat. Not this time with this tiny, dry patty. What's happened to the menu? They no longer sell fresh cut fries and they've abandoned the basic strawberry milkshake. I did a bit of research and it turns out Holy Chuck has gone the route of Burger's Priest and sold a large interest in their business to a restaurant investment company, MHRA Hospitality. Burger's Priest suffered in quality as a result of selling out to Recipes Unlimited in 2021. Clearly the intention is to franchise Holy Chuck but today they couldn't even make a proper burger at their flagship location. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Good morning Ted. I am really sorry for your last experience but I can assure you and promise you that absolutely nothing about our burgers has changed. Not the patty size or the recipe in any way shape or form! Yes the fries did change temporarily but i promise you the fresh cut fries are coming back. It was a test we were doing. The partnership with MEHRA Hospitality will only make the brand stronger and more available to everyone. I as the owner and founder would never do what others have done and change the integrity of the product and the brand. I spent 15 years developing this brand and I have never changed anything especially the recipe of my burger.
