Thank you for your feedback. We understand price increases can be frustrating. Over the past year, ingredient costs, supplier prices, utilities, packaging, staff wages and delivery platform fees have all significantly increased across the UK. We have done our best to absorb as much as possible, but unfortunately, some adjustments were necessary to keep the business sustainable and maintain the quality of our ingredients and portions. Our goal has never been to "rip anyone off" it's to continue serving high-quality desserts in Middleton while supporting local jobs and rising operating costs.
