Home Run operates under a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating and follows strict food safety, storage, preparation and cleaning procedures at all times.We note that you state you have experienced a similar issue previously and left a review at that time. However, we serve hundreds of customers every day and have not received any other reports of illness relating to food purchased from us. We have also not been contacted by any regulatory authority regarding a food poisoning incident connected to our business.If you genuinely believe your illness was caused by food from our premises, we would encourage you to report the matter through the appropriate official channels so that it can be independently investigated. We will also be contacting the local Environmental Health/Food Hygiene Department regarding your claim so that they are aware of the allegation and can investigate if they consider it appropriate.
