Jedzenie zimne. W toaletach i sali zimno. Może w weekend jest inaczej ale w środku tygodnia bardzo słabo. Nie ma miejsca na kurtki. Ciasne siedzenia jeśli wziąć pod uwagę że trzeba na nich położyć kurtki, płaszcze etc. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Żarcie dobre jak zwykle. Duży wybór. Ja przychodzę tu często i zawsze mam Duży wybór super krewetek. Reszta tez pyszna. Polecam. We visited Hong Buffet in Luton for dinner today and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. I'm hoping this review is taken as constructive feedback because this restaurant has the potential to be much better. The first issue was the pricing. We have visited previously for the lunchtime buffet, but the dinner menu is almost double the price without offering anything that justifies the extra cost. Apart from a BBQ station, which looked tired and poorly maintained, there was very little difference. We paid £52 for two adults and one six-year-old, with just a £2 NHS discount. The overall experience simply did not reflect the price. Once seated, the hygiene and condition of the restaurant were immediately noticeable. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard. The plastic tablecloth was stained, the seat covers were worn, torn and marked, and the restaurant generally felt neglected rather than clean and well maintained. The food itself was the biggest disappointment. Much of it tasted stale, as though it had been reheated several times, and a large proportion consisted of frozen, deep-fried items. The desserts were basic frozen cakes cut into very small pieces, which did little to justify the premium price. The quality of the meat was particularly poor and, in our opinion, barely edible. To make matters worse, all of us came home feeling nauseous and unwell after eating there. This restaurant could have great potential if management invested more in cleanliness, food quality and the overall dining experience. At its current standard, the prices are far too high for what is being offered. I hope this feedback is taken on board so that future customers receive the quality of food and service they are paying for.
