Fantastic first-time visit at The Hoops Inn. Came here for Father’s Day and had the lamb and beef roasts. Both were absolutely brilliant. Generous portions, perfectly cooked meat and lovely roast potatoes. Delicious desserts too. Definitely recommend the Rhubarb and strawberry crumble and the Eton mess. All washed down with some Hawkstone lager on tap. Perfect. The staff were excellent too. All were friendly and professional making sure we had everything we needed :) Wonderful atmosphere. We were sat right by the bifold doors to the garden, with a lovely breeze. Very impressed. We will definitely be visiting here again. We used to visit The Hoops quite often before Covid And Always enjoyed the food service and ambience there. However, last Sunday we visited Perry Green for the first time in some years. It was lunchtime so we decided to see you whether they could accommodate us. We were given a very nice table with a few of the extensive grounds and the happy diners outside as well as inside the refurbished restaurant area. Everywhere appeared fresh and new and we were quickly seated and more importantly our Sunday lunch and accompanying drinks also arrived very quickly. The service was truly excellent and all the staff were polite, dressed entirely appropriately, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will be coming back here again very soon. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
