Your couple burst into our restaurant and said you'd only use the washroom. Your wife wasn't bleeding at all, she walked fine, and even yelled at us when we told her that the washoom could only be used by customers. From our perspective, she didn't look like an injured person at all and we don't know if she is hurt or not. Even if it was true that she was injured, you can't blame us for not letting you in on someone else's property. The washrooms in our restaurant are for customers, not public toilet. We have previously opened the washroom to people who only want to use it, but we are not letting it use it now because our customers have experienced great inconvenience, and the hygiene of the washroom has been ruined, such as pottering the entire washroom or not coming out for hours. It is our right and responsibility that we take good care of our business and restaurant. We won't just watch you to post these ridiculous negative reviews that have nothing to do with our restaurant, attack for unjust reasons which has nothing wrong with common sense or law and interfere with our business.
