We absolutely loved our experience at Hoshi. The katsu was absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a flavorful and perfectly seasoned sauce. The portions are generous, and everything was beautifully presented. The service was warm, friendly, efficient, and very fast. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a lovely atmosphere, but that’s also part of its charm. A true little gem in Chinatown!
