The rubbish on the street of Kennington Rd from this restaurant is disgusting. It is always cover flowing.it is never swept and cleaned after bins have been emptied.there is a school and residential area next to the bins of hot 9.it is causing rats and the council need to sort this restaurant out as it makes the street of Kennington Rd look disgusting
