Absolutely blown away! I dropped by HotHouse for lunch without expecting much, but it turned out to be an unforgettable meal. The highlight was definitely their daily special—a Tandoori lamb that reminded me of classic Persian Koobideh, wrapped in fresh pita. The meat was amazingly tender and packed with flavor! To top it off, their traditional Indian milk tea (chai) was superb, and the owners (wife and husband in turns) kept topping up my cup throughout the meal. Found out it’s run by a Mexican-Indian couple, which totally explains the warm hospitality and incredible flavors. Phenomenal food, generous service—10/10! I have been coming to the Hot House ever since they first opened and I have never left disappointed. The only time I have is if they were closed. Tonight I want to give a special thanks to Davinder and Emily. The restaurant was packed and busy but these two individuals were nothing short of amazing!
