Food was lovely, came almost immediately, the miso soup is hearty. Service was excellent. Got the Tempura and Tofu Udon, with a glass of Diet Coke. Lovely place to eat. And affordable!! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Shrimp Tempura

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Hands down one of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was exceptional — every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavour. You can tell there’s real attention to detail and quality in everything that comes out of the kitchen. The sushi was outstanding, the ingredients tasted premium, and every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. What really made it stand out though was the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm, stylish and authentic without feeling pretentious, and the service was genuinely excellent — attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, with great recommendations throughout. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets everything right: amazing food, great ambience, and service that makes you want to come back immediately. If you’re looking for proper Japanese food done exceptionally well, this place is an absolute must-visit. Already looking forward to coming back.
