For a small little coffee shop in a hospital it’s pretty good. The staff are friendly and the food is good. Coffee is nice too, be careful because it can be quite hot. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very shocked to see the review Sarah left.. I believe I had the same barista with blonde highlights and she was very pleasant. My daughter is lactose intolerant and she took the time to appreciate that and find the right coffee/ substitutions for her. Came on here to write a thank you, as she was a super kind girl. Service: 5

Came in for a bite to eat — the food was awful. The bread was squeezed flat and rock hard that it snapped and crumbled when I tried to bend it. When I asked if they could remake it— the person in charge came out and told staff to just “give her a slice of bread.” The person in charge would not let them make me a new one.Who does that in food services? — gives a piece of bread to you and tells you to make it yourself.? To make matters worse person in charge kept going in the back prep area and coming back out with her mouth full of food and chewing—she was eating while working and serving customers—That should not be happening in food services. When I asked for a manager number it was refused. Then they gave me a slip to fill out and told me to put it in a box. Btw my husband ordered a western sandwich that made him sick to his stomach. Wish I had taken a pic of that. It looked horrible and repeated on him for hours. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
