Outstanding cocktail bar in the middle of Liverpool. Super friendly and helpful staff, comfy with really nice decor and one of the best cocktails me and my partner have had. We only had time for one but want to go through their whole menu, we will definitely be back! Price per person: £10–20

My wife and I had a lovely experience at the Hummingbird thanks to the exceptional service from Ollie and Rachel. We explained to Ollie our likes, preferences and dislikes and he personalised three different cocktails for each of us. Such patience and a vast knowledge made the visit memorable. A wonderful experience and we’re looking forward to a repeat return. I would recommend the Hummingbird as the very best cocktail bar Liverpool has to offer, exceptional service and attention to detail. The cocktails were lovely but the Ollie and Rachel were wonderful. Thank you. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £40–50
