I would recommend the beef dip and fries or a BLT. But unfortunately the Kingsway location is permanently closed. Due to the location it doesn't surprise me any. Lots of good memories though including my first date with my husband.

I recently moved to the neighborhood that this restaurant is in the middle of. Many years ago I used to eat at Humpty's quite a bit. What an absolute downfall this restaurant has taken. No wonder why it changes management so often. Over the last 2 weeks I was there 3 times. Breakfast once, and supper twice. Had the eggs Benny, and it was terrible. Eggs were overcooked, very little sauce, which was probably a good thing, as it was a watery paste of an obvious box mix of some sort.
First supper was hamburger steak. Everything out of a box and reheated. The burgers were typical frozen variety quickly heated up. Onions and mushrooms reheated after be way over cooked.
Last try was the Veal cutlets. Same thing. Everything I ordered, was simply put on a plate and microwaved. They are not cutlets, but the pressed poo poo crap in the box. Even the gravy sucks.
I would expect this for a low priced place, but my meals were over $14 each. I will spend the extra gas money and go where I get real meals and for cheaper prices. Humpty's is a total ripoff.
