You ordered your food from uber eats. We prepared your food and handed it over to the Uber Eats driver. Once the driver has your food it becomes Uber Eats and their drivers’ responsibility to deliver your food. We respectfully explained this to you when you called us, it was myself who spoke to you so I’m not sure who you are labelling as rude as none of the staff spoke to you. As I told you over the phone please contact Uber Eats about your issue.

I've always been a customer of hungry dot their food is always great majority of the time, unfortunately today I've ordered a 15 inch pizza and I've requested Barbecue Sauce as the Base which is extra money. This is not the first time but they've done it multiple times now that they haven't given me the BBQ base so I'm paying extra for absolutely zero reason.
