The staff at this restaurant treat customers with an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. When everything goes smoothly, there is no problem. However, the moment you ask a question, request help, or raise a legitimate concern, their attitude changes completely.
Instead of dealing with the issue normally and professionally, customers can be met with arrogance, disrespect, and even behaviour that can be perceived as an attempt to intimidate them.
There is also a very uncomfortable feeling of racism and discrimination towards native European customers. Whether intentional or not, this is the impression their behaviour leaves.
First they intimidate customers, and then they will ask for the exact time and date, and preferably for a receipt in your pocket as well, so they can check their stupid CCTV.
This is not how customers should be treated. Everyone has the right to raise a concern and expect basic respect, regardless of the situation.
I do not recommend this place because of the way customers are treated.
