Ordered a takeaway tonight. When the order came it was wrong. I rang the shop to explain and they didn't want to listen. Im New to the area and wanted to make this my new local takeaway but ill never come back here again. No offer to make the order correct or refund. Ordered a meal from Ibos waited two hours for food for it not to turn up. Driver had obviously just left the food and not delivered it as it was 10:30 at night! Tried to call and the phone lines were off so called the next day when it opened. No apology and the boss stated “the order must have got lost”
