Just tried iGrill and wow this place seriously delivers. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about what they’re doing. The vibe is clean, modern, and welcoming—but let’s be real, the real star here is the food. The burgers? Absolutely next level. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patties, fresh toppings that actually taste fresh, and buns that somehow manage to be soft and sturdy at the same time (no soggy mess halfway through ). I went for one of their signature burgers and every bite hit—rich flavor, great texture, and cooked exactly right. The fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just enough to keep you reaching for more. You can tell they’re not cutting corners. Service was quick and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or properly treating yourself, iGrill is 100% worth it. 1st time ordering tonight...
I Ordered the house special at £28.99 with separate salad and bbq sauce. With some sides...
But I asked for the lamb Donner to be well done... it came looking anemic nor did my salad or bbq sauce arrive....
So I phoned and said it didn't look cooked and the salad and sauce was missing the guy said that's how the meat is and has been for 7 years and no complaints...
he said he would re send the other bits but didnt offer to send more meat with my salad, so as my partner only eats well done meat I ordered a large lamb donner at another £8.50. Just so she could eat with us....
when that arrived he had clearly just put strips of lamb on the grill until they was burnt... blackened, inedible burnt. As you can see from the pictures... its from one extreme to the other. The guy was rude and didnt care that my order was wrong. Will not be going back
Absolutely worst kebab and customer service. EVER!
