I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable for the quality that you’re getting, but moreover, I just wanna commend the absolutely fabulous staff. Our service was quick, friendly personable, and when I had an allergy scare, the staff checked in on me two or three times just to make sure I was OK brought me the ingredients list and even when I turned out to be fine thank goodness they were lovely.! My best value-for-money Italian restaurant. IL FORNELLO on Danforth Avenue is truly our most favourite restaurant. Excellent food, super friendly and welcoming staff, cozy ambiance, fair prices, and consistently great experiences. I've enjoyed many wonderful meals and celebrations here. The pizzas are always super delicious, the grilled salmon is full of flavour with asparagus and baby carrots as sides , their chicken parmigiana is also out of this world, the caesar salad is always fresh and tasty, the tiramisu has a balanced sweetness and even their latte is so good and served with a generous cup which is the perfect ending to a great meal. We also really appreciate their wide range of wine selection, lunch promotions, 25% lunch discounts, which make dining here even more enjoyable. The 40th anniversary specials were fantastic and such a great way to celebrate this milestone! What truly makes IL FORNELLO special is the staff. Everyone is attentive, caring, and genuinely friendly. They always make us feel welcomed and valued, which is why we continue coming back as a family. Congratulations on 40 years of Italian classics! Thank you for creating a place where delicious food and wonderful family memories come together. Wishing IL FORNELLO many more successful years ahead!
