One of the best ramen experiences I’ve had in London. The staff were excellent, genuinely polite, attentive and thoughtful, even bringing us sharing bowls without us having to ask. You know they take their ramen seriously when they do tsukemen properly, with cold, bouncy noodles, a rich hot dipping broth, and hot soup to dilute the remaining sauce afterwards. Such a simple touch but absolutely spot on, especially on a chilly day. There may be some limitations on sourcing or adapting for the UK, but you can tell they've genuinely tried to stay as authentic as possible. Might be the best ramen chain in central London. All 5 stars! Food is excellent, and staff are very professional and friendly as well. Love the noodles and restaurant is clean and delightful. Prices have been rising and on the higher side, but this is inline with the rest of London unfortunately... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
