The ice cream is delicious but quite expensive. One of the young men serving made an error and gave my son the wrong flavour ice cream - totally understandable when at the end of a long, busy day. However, to the other member of staff behind the till, this seemed to be some sort of huge issue which then resulted in lots of eye rolling, throwing the ice cream that was provided in error in the bin in a bit of a strop and basically being quite short with both me and his colleague. It made me feel quite uncomfortable - it really didn't need to be that big a deal.

Something went really wrong this year, prices went ridiculously up, for half of the portion and half of the taste of an ice creams we were buying last year.
