Disgusting, wouldn’t buy from here again. I ordered via Deliveroo and this is how our milkshakes came. Spilled all over the bag!! Driver told us this is a regular occurrence as Icebox do not pack their drinks properly. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

I arrived at 23:?? and they were closed - they’re stated to be open till 2am yet I was left at the door. I don’t know if they just wanted to close up for the night or not, I find it a bit unreliable. The staff were nice and the shop is quite pretty but I don’t think this was appropriate and honestly, was a bit misleading. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It’s small things like that that make the experience feel a bit more personal rather than just a quick transaction. The milkshake itself was genuinely delicious. Thick, creamy, and full of flavour without being overly sweet or heavy. You can tell they use decent ingredients because the taste wasn’t artificial or watered down like some places. It had the perfect consistency—smooth enough to drink easily but thick enough to feel indulgent. It was served nicely too, with a proper presentation that made it feel like more than just a basic shake. By the time I finished it, I felt completely satisfied.
