A local had recommended Ichiki, and we satisfied our sushi cravings over a recent dinner here. The most memorable dishes: beef short ribs; grilled king mushroom; grilled eggplant; Tempura; salmon torched sushi and pressed sushi; Dancing Tuna roll; Alaska roll and more. Sashimi was fresh and tasty. Didn't have room beyond creme brulee, will return to try other desserts and more mango rolls. Service was polite and efficient. Sufficient parking in the plaza. Bright and airy ambience, seating is great for group outings. If you're in the area and enjoy sushi, highly recommend Ichiki.
