Imaan Restaurant on Plashet Grove is truly the pride and shaan of Lahore in terms of both hospitality and food quality. Their black-peppered lamb is simply divine – fresh, succulent, and bursting with flavour every single time. The haleem is also outstanding; they’re always honest about it being freshly cooked on the day, and it often sells out quickly because it’s just that good. These two dishes alone make them stand out from all their competitors in London, offering the most authentic and delicious Lahori flavours you can find. Another thing I really appreciate is that they adjust the spice levels according to your taste and never drown their curries in excessive oil like many other places do. Even their naans are impressive - not thick and raw like you get elsewhere, but soft, fluffy, and made to your preference with the perfect depth, not hard like hammers. Their prices and portion sizes are very reasonable too, especially considering the top-notch quality and taste. I absolutely love their food and service.
