Go elsewhere. This is not the behaviour we should reward in restaurants. You're forced to sign up (first and last name, gender!? why?, birthday, full address! email! phone number! seriously??) and use their app to order pick-up food. That's insane! They have a phone number, but no real person answers; when you "press 2 to order pick-up", they send you an SMS to download their app. I don't want their app, I want to talk to a person and order without leaving my personal information in their database. Service: 1

We're sorry that you're disappointed with our app platform and that we do not take orders over the phone! We do require our guests to sign-up for an account if they would like to place a pre-order, but you can place an order in-store with our staff if you don't want to provide that information! If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to orders@impactkitchen.com.

I chose the Egg + Avocado, as well as the Tomato + Feta Toast. Delicious choices. Service was amazing, they even gave me a free cookie which was cool. Highly recommend if you want a healthy, delicious breakfast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20

Impact Kitchen is a great option for anyone looking for healthier food without sacrificing flavour or portion size. The menu has a good variety of fresh meals, bowls, proteins, smoothies, and other options that feel much better than the typical fast-food choices around downtown Toronto. The ingredients usually taste fresh, the presentation is clean, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, bright, and welcoming. I also like that the menu makes it relatively easy to find something balanced whether you are looking for a lighter meal, something higher in protein, or just a quick lunch that still feels nutritious. The staff have generally been friendly and professional, and the service is usually efficient even during busy periods. The pricing can be a little higher than a standard quick-service restaurant, but the quality of the ingredients and the healthier focus make it understandable. Overall, Impact Kitchen is a reliable place for a fresh and satisfying meal, especially if you are trying to eat a little healthier while still enjoying your food. Definitely a place I would return to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
