I recently ordered an Island Jerk bowl for delivery. The ingredients are always so fresh, I consistently have a great meal here whether it’s dining in or getting takeout. Staff are very friendly and helpful with questions about the menu without getting frustrated. Such a great location! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Impact Kitchen has a clean, modern atmosphere and clearly focuses on healthy ingredients, but my experience didn’t justify the premium prices. The food was disappointing in several ways. I specifically asked for my scrambled eggs to be plain, yet they arrived overly salty. The staff also seemed quite disorganized, and communication between team members wasn’t great, which led to confusion with the order. My quinoa bowl was another letdown, as the quinoa was served cold. The ingredients themselves seemed fresh and the grilled chicken was good, but for the price, I expected much better execution and attention to detail. There are plenty of healthier dining options in Toronto that offer better value and a smoother experience. Overall, it’s a nice-looking spot, but based on this visit, I don’t think it lives up to the high prices. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
